Welcome to the NPDES Compliance Center
About the NPDES Compliance Center
The federal Clean Water Act requires owners and/or operators of various industrial facilities, construction sites and urban areas to control the amount of pollutants entering their storm drain systems. The state board through general NPDES storm water permits regulates industrial facilities and construction sites. Cities and Counties are regulated through Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) permits issued by the regional boards.
NPDES Compliance Center (NCC) as a functional unit of H2O Engineering and Management has a mission to provide owners and operators of different businesses with a board spectrum of consulting expertise necessary to comply with Stormwater NPDES General Permit regulating construction activities or industrial facilities operation.
